Greene County Images Book is Now Available

The book of historical images of Greene County is now available for purchase. Titled "Images of America: Greene County", the book was published on January 28 as part of Arcadia Publishing’s 'Images of America’ series. The Images book is 127 pages of photos depicting the history of people and places in Greene County, including chapters on Early History; Ruckersville and Stanardsville; War; The Mountains, The People, and Their Stories; Education; Harvesting the Land's Bounty; Church, Post Office and Store; Leisure Time; Civic Life; and Families and Friends.

The quartet was well-known in the County for their rich four-part harmony.
